At Kainoa Wear, every item is made to order through our global fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not keep inventory or offer standard returns or exchanges.

Since each product is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your size, address, and order details before confirming your purchase.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Depending on the case, you may be eligible for:

  • A free replacement of the item

  • Or a refund (processed back to your original payment method)

  • We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned, you may be charged for reshipping.

  • We are unable to process returns to Chile or accept physical returns by mail.

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties or delays — these are the buyer’s responsibility.
